My dad and I are cool - Nana Yaa
Neo Soul songstress Nana Yaa has come out to debunk rumors of her not being on good terms with her dad, Pat Thomas.
In an interview with Princepatt, host of Hot Gist on Spyderlee Entertainment TV on Wednesday morning, she said, ‘my dad and I are cool. What sparked all these rumors boils down to an interview I granted a media house. I was only sharing my past experiences. All I said are now in the past.’
She added that, ‘I recently performed with my dad on stage and I even recorded two songs with him on his latest album.’
Nana Yaa, who is gradually gaining grounds in the Ghanaian music industry has backed many giants in the music industry like ‘The Maestro’ KojoAntwi, Sonnie Badu, Becca, Phil Collins and many more.
When asked what her fans should expect from her, NanaYaa said, ‘I’m back and I’m here to stay. I’m very optimistic about the years ahead”
The Grammy award winner wannabe says her dream is to win a Grammy award and also work with international star, Chris Brown.
