David Dontoh's Agorofie set to return
After about a year away from our television screens, the Agrofie magazine programme hosted by David Dontoh is set to come back.
The first two episodes to herald the return which will be shown on GTV and a few other stations from early January, will be filmed today, December 18 and Saturday, December 19.
Agrofie, which is produced by Katamadara Concepts and sponsored by Vodafone Cash, seeks to impart culturally-relevant knowledge to viewers in an entertaining way. Participants in the programme win a variety of prizes.
Today’s episode will be recorded at the Koforidua Appenteng Hall with Daasebre Gyamena and Dobble in attendance.
Tomorrow’s recording is scheduled for the Effiduase Community Centre with a performance by veteran highlife singer, Pat Thomas.
The CEO of Katamadara Concepts, Osmo Kwame Addo, told The Mirror his outfit was grateful to Vodafone Cash for coming on board to bring the programme back on air.
