Controversial Hiplife artiste Wisa Freud,known in real life as Eugene Ashie says he has no regrets for showing his manhood on stage whiles performing at a Citi FM Decemba 2 Rememba concert in December last year.
The 'Ekikime' hitmaker said this in a recent interview with Delay on the Delay Show on Viasat 1.
He said “No, I do not regret showing it on stage, though I will not like to repeat the act again.”
Wisa is standing trial for gross indecent exposure, a charge he has plead not guilty to. The artist did probably the weirdest act by a Ghanaian performing artist when midway through his performance at the December 2 Remember concert last year, he pulled out his manhood on stage and thrusted it behind a lady dancer.
Wisa's lawyer Jerry Avenorgbor, has stated that the musician displayed a fake penis on stage while performing at the event. He argued that what the artiste did was for the “beauty of entertainment” but the public failed to appreciate that.
Wisa’s disgraceful act was greeted with public condemnation by a large section of the citizenry who were utterly shocked by his actions. He, as well as his management team immediately apologized to Ghanaians for his indecent behaviour.
The ‘Ekiki me’ hit singer was arrested by the police and questioned for showing his penis at the event, following which he was later granted bail.
As the Nigerian saying goes 'wonders shall never end'.

As you were informed in my previous article which i reported early this week. That rapper Sarkodie is a proud dad,because his longtime girlfriend Tracy gave birth to a baby girl weeks ago.
Sarkodie has dedicated his new song titled ”The Way I feel’ to his daughter and discloses that she was born on March 28 and named Adalyn Owusu Addo fondly called ‘Titi’. The rapper's new song‘The Way I feel’ was produced by JaySo.

Talented Ghanaian fante rapper, Kofi Kinaata has disclosed in a recent interview with Nana Romeo on Accra FM that a person who sounds like Castro has called him twice after the musician went missing.
The rapper also known as the Fante Rap God the Wednesday edition of the station’s mid-morning show said the person with an unknown number called him when he was celebrating his birthday last year and this year.
He said “When I was celebrating my birthday in 2015, somebody called to wish me happy birthday and his voice sounded like him (Castro). I didn’t finish talking to him when the line dropped.
In 2016, the same person called to wish me happy birthday with the same voice as Castro and for the second time, I couldn’t finish talking to him when the line dropped.”
Kofi K. continued that he could not call back to inquire more because he had many calls from unfamiliar numbers that day. Going by what the Susuka hitmaker said, the unknown person said a jargon known to only him and Castro before the birthday message was delivered. He added “Anytime he called me before he disappeared, he said certain things for me to laugh and with this person who called, he said same thing. I can’t tell if it’s him.
I had a lot of calls and messages on my birthday. Whatsapp messages alone were about 100,000 so my phone froze and my attention was not drawn to that side.”
Then Kofi K. promised the host of the mid-morning show,Nana Romeo that he will query the person should he call again next year.
The colleague musician Castro born Theophilus Tagoe and his female companion, Janet Bandu disappeared during a jet-ski ride on the Volta river in Ada on July 6, 2014.And up till now nobody has heard any news about their whereabout.

Versatile actress and television host Nana Ama McBrown's fiance Maxwell has denied reports that the two were married in a private ceremony in London.
In accordance to what Maxwell said to the media when he spoke exclusively to www.nydjlive.com minutes after the publication, the two are currently in Ghana and have not been married.
Earlier this year, Nana Ama McBrown in an interview with Showbiz stated her wedding would be very private. She said “It is going to be a very private affair because that is how I want it. I don’t want a big wedding as many would expect.
Being the kind of person I am, I will need a venue as big as the Accra Sports Stadium if I really want a big wedding but mine is going to be pretty much just family. That’s what we’ve decided to do.”

Contemporary Ghanaian female gospel artiste, Ohemaa Mercy has been nominated for this year’s Christian Community Gospel Awards (CCMA).
The multiple award winner was nominated for the Praise category of the awards with the song “Aseda”, off her sixth studio album, “Aforebo”.
Ohemaa Mercy known in real life as Mercy Twum-Ampofo is in same category with colleague musicians like Joe Mettle, No Tribe, and Cwesi Oteng.
The musician and radio presenter who hopes to win the CCMA award days ago finished shooting video for her song, “Wobesan Asore” on the Big Ben produced album, “Aforebo”.

Confirmed:Sarkodie will perform at VGMA 2016.

Rumour had it that it that finest rapper Sarkodie is still angry with Charterhouse, the organizers of the annual prestigious Vodafone Ghana Music Awards because of what transpired between him and the organizers last year.
To refresh you minds, Sarkodie got angry over some money issues and expressed his anger in a series of tweets last year.
Sarkodie kept the rumour running by not even putting up a word about the VGMAs, not even asking his numerous fans to vote for him in any of the categories to win big nods on the night.
But guess what? The two-time VGMA artist of the year awardvwinner has finally spoken. He recent tweets says it all,according to Sarkodie;

Okyeame Kwame storms Tv3 to render apologies

 
Ghana’s most versatile rapper and humanitarian, Okyeame Kwame also referred to as the Rap Doctor, stormed the TV3 Studios this morning interrupting their morning tv show, New Day.
With an obvious shock written all over the faces of the hosts of 'New day',they were in an even greater shock when Okyeame Kwame rendered an apology for his failure to honour an earlier appointment to appear on the show last week.
As a means of pacification, Okyeame Kwame presented a cake with the inscription, “I am Sorry TV3” When giving an explanation for his inability to show up, Okyeame Kwame said “Honestly my absence is due to a miscommunication between my team and I. we have been caught up in a lot of errands trying to raise the $40,000.00 I promised to the Ghana Paralympics Team. We have been able to raise $10,000.00 but we are still accepting donations to aid this cause by donating to the “Okyeame Kwame Foundation” at any GT BANK near you nationwide or send your donation via mobile money to MTN mobile number 0240341678. So, I wish to render my deepest and most sincere apology to the entire staff and viewers of TV3 for my failure to turn up last week.”

Following news reaching us from Livefmghana.com confirms that the rapper Michael Owusu Addo, known in showbiz as Sarkodie and his long time girlfriend, Tracy have a daughter together.
In accordance to the reports, Tracy gave birth about three weeks ago in the United states of America.
The news of Tracy’s birth was broken by Ghanacelebrities.com some few days ago.
The rapper's girlfriend,Tracy is a graduate of Nottingham University in the UK and the two have been dating for almost 10 years now.
Sarkodie has been together with her for the better part of a decade, and she’s often held up as a model spouse, one who has been with their partner long before they hit the limelight for their talent.

Controversial Ghanaian Bishop and the leader and founder of the International God’s way Church, Bishop Daniel Obiniom has struck out against stereotyped thinking which consider being fashionable a sin that people who prclaim to be Christians must avoid.
The bishop in a recent interview told Kasapas’ Gatuso on Kasapa 102.3 that he is aware that people seem worried about his style but to give them an answer, he will say, he is fashionable for God.
He said “I have been blessed so why do I want to look tattered, I need to let people know that my God has been good to me, hence my fashion sense. Whatever I wear, I wear to glorify God. I am fashionable for him,”.
When asked how he gets his outfits together since he comes across as someone with a tight schedule, he answered; “most of the are things I wear are recommend to me, example if the person is outside Ghana and sees an outfit that will look good on me, what he does is to take a picture and send it to me and if I like it, I will make the order or the person does.”

Accident Saga: Brother Sammy exposed by the police

 
ASP Nana Kumi the Police commander for Bibiani-Anhwiaso Bekwai District, has disclosed to Mike 2 on Adom FM that Brother Sammy’s accident, which happened on April 2 at Sefwi-Wiawso in the Western Region, was not serious, as the gospel musician has projected it.
Contrary to the gospel musician’s claim that the accident was fatal when narrating the unfortunate incident to the media days ago, ASP Nana Kumi said, “it was a small accident”.
The Police Commander who said he was at the accident scene revealed that Brother Sammy and his crew continued their journey few minutes after the accident. He said “It was a minor accident so when police reached there, we saw there was no need for investigations.”
The police commander concluded that there were no injuries contrary to what Brother Sammy told Zionfelix.com that the three others who were with him in the car suffered serious injuries.

Ama K Abebrese chooses movie roles for Gyan, Ayew.

Self acclaimed Ghanaian actress Ama K Abebrese has said the roles she would give Black Stars Captain Asamoah Gyan and his assistant Dede Ayew is a comedy and an action movie respectively.
She gave reasons for the selected roles for the two popular football stars.
She said Gyan will fit well in Kumawood as the movies they produce go well with his carefree fun nature.
The actress said in an interview “For someone to do a Kumawood Kumasi kind of film because I have seen him and he likes to have fun and joke around; I definitely see Asamoah Gyan doing something like that,” .
“He just doesn’t take himself seriously and he’s always joking around.”
In the case of Dede Ayew, she said, he belongs right inside an action packed movie.
She noted that Dede has the body to keep the ladies glued to their sets.
“Looking at Dede Ayew, the girls like him and the cameras seem to like him too so I feel like if he wanted to act, the cameras would just instantly love him.
And added “I feel like if it’s an action movie, then Dede would definitely fit into an action movie”.
Should our Black Stars captain and his assistant show us if they can test the film waters and win some awards? Perhaps not.
Anyway there is no harm on trying.

 Ghana’s own talented Dancehall Artistes Shatta Wale and Episode were the toast of the several patrons who thronged to the World Trade Center Accra to witness the official launch of Guinness Ghana Limited 's newest addition to its brand “Africa special”.
The event was hosted by Live fm’s Sheldon and Regina Krave the patrons were made to taste the new drink. The DJ on the bill was Starr Fm’s DJ Vyrusky,who kept the party in shape with his excellent skills on the turntables.I also learnt that Ghanaian celebrity and lifestyle blogger, ‪#‎AmeyawDebrah‬ was also present and was one of the first people to taste 'Africa special'.

David Dontoh says Kumawood movies are tomato.

David Dontoh the veteran Ghanaian actor has described Kumawood movies as “tomato videos”.
When he was clarifying comments attributed to him in the media that he had said Kumawood movies were disgracing Ghana, Mr Dontoh in a recent interview told DJ Premier, host of Entertainment Capital on Accra 100.5fm Saturday April 23, that: “I did not say Kumawood movies were disgracing Ghana. I actually used an expression that they were tomato videos, meaning [they have] a very short lifespan and I have been proved right”.
He added “Agya Koo has acted in so many movies; which one do you remember? You will only maybe remember the title and that is all. But there are movies we did in the past, over 30 years, you can still tell the story – Deadly Voyage, Kukurantumi Road to Accra, Heritage Africa, you name them, there are so many of such movies.”
Mr.David Dontoh said in addition to entertainment, movies capture the culture of the people, hence must be produced well. He continued “Apart from watching movies to entertain you, it is also a document of history and it captures the culture of the people at a point in time. So, film is even a good material for research. When you watch Kukurantumi [Road to Accra] and see how Accra Central looked like at that period, you will be surprised that that same Accra is how it looks like today.
“Film is a very important material. It advertises the country and everything produced. In England, the British government can support a James Bond movie with millions of dollars and use the film to sell new products they have created. After the movie, if you see the product on the market, you will buy and they use the film to promote the product…”
He bemoaned the copycat attitude of Ghanaian filmmakers, saying: “We here copy too much and some actors even speak like Nigerians.”

Sleeping with nothing on may seem ‘awkward’ to a lot of men, but research says that it may be the healthier way to snooze.
Sleeping naked allows for a man’s body to enjoy a couple of benefits, including.
1. YOU SLEEP MORE COMFORTABLY
You wouldn’t understand how soothing it is to sleep without your clothes, unless you’ve actually tried it. Sweating is almost impossible, and you don’t get to feel the hotness clothes tend to cause on occasions.
According to health experts, the body temperature naturally decreases as we sleep, and increases just before we’re up, but sleeping in clothes can tamper with that order, leading to hotness and sweating (as mentioned above), causing difficulty in sleeping.
2. THE TESTICLES ARE SHIELDED FROM HARMFUL INFECTION
According to urologists, sleeping in underwear can increase your chances of getting exposed to harmful infection.
Most infections are a result of bacteria which in turn, is mostly found in warm and moist areas. Sleeping in underwear can cause you to sweat and be irritated down there— and this can be an indirect invite to harmful bacteria and infections around the testicular region.
3. TO PRESERVE THE QUALITY OF YOUR SPERM
The scrotum (and testicles) is meant to be of a different temperature from the rest of the body— it ought to be cooler. This is because the testicles produce healthier sperm in cooler temperature. Anything other than that can hamper with good sperm production. So when you sleep in tight underwear, you subject the testicles to warm conditions, and affect its smooth functionality. Unhealthy sperm accounts for most cases of infertility in men.
4. IT BOOSTS YOUR SEX DRIVE
This is especially if you sleep with a partner. Sleeping with no clothes on means that your skin is exposed, and with that, it’s easy for your skin to brush against your partner’s.
According to Swedish researchers, this skin to skin contact releases a hormone called oxytocin in the brain, which is responsible for the reduction of stress, a closer connection to your partner, and an increase in sex drive.

Okraku Mantey replies Sarkodie fans, I won't stop commenting on Sarkodie's issues.

Ace Ghanaian music producer, Mark Okraku-Mantey has reacted to fans of Sarkodie and the general public who more or less question why he’s always interested in saying negative things about Sarkodie.
According to Sarkodie's fans Mark Okraku-Mantey as a senior industry player should rather be encouraging Sarkodie to reach greater heights but not always saying negative things about him.
After Mark-Okraku Mantey criticized Sarkodie that even his rap standards has fallen and therefore doesn’t have any moral right to say his fellow rappers lack content in their songs and more, a lady sent a text message pleading with Mark Okraku-Mantey to just slow down on Sarkodie and that if Mark Okraku-Mantey really claims he bears no grudge against Sarkodie, then he should stop the pull him down attitude.
Replying to the text message on Joy Fm’s Rhythms A-Z show, Mark Okraku-Mantey surprisingly disclosed that he will continue to say it as it is, and that the fact that he loves Sarkodie doesn’t mean when Sarkodie does something wrong he shouldn’t say it.
He said “The person who sent the message, I don’t know what he/she does, but for me I’m a music producer, music is what I live on. You don’t expect me to say otherwise if that’s not the case. I won’t stop commenting on issues regarding him, I love him and want the best for him.”.
Mark Okraku-Mantey and Sarkodie have been on this back-and-forth for sometime now, Sarkodie couldn’t take it at a point and had to record a song titled ‘a man’s world’ for Mark Okraku-Mantey but it seems Mark Okraku-Mantey is not perturbed at all.

I love girls and I'm not gay - Criss Waddle.

Ghanaian musician Criss Waddle has reacted to fans who were lashing him for attacking the self-acclaimed dancehall king Shatta Wale over the song 'Bie Gya', and also cleared the air about his sexuality.
Previously, there were rumors about the Tema-based artiste’s inability to having emotional connection with the opposite sex.
But in a recent video released by him, he said it is never true that he is gay and that, he is yet to see any guy who loves women more than him.
Criss W. said ‘The gay part is what dey vex me more, there is no one who will be cool with something that is untrue about him. I mean I love girls; it is never true that I am gay but then I don’t care.
He added “I have other things I am churning my energy into. I have had issues with boys because I take their girlfriends away from them so I wonder why none of them have come out to talk,” he made all this revelation in the video.
Criss Waddle is one of the rare exceptions of people who lived music right from birth. His real name is Criss Kwaku Waddle, Waddle’s ‘exposure to good music commenced right from childhood.
He was born in the emcee invested harbor town Tema, And he grew up in the company of two strong musical brands Paedae and Mugeez of R2Bees.

Efya launches her first album 'Janesis'

The Ghanaian songstress Efya has launched her first ever studio album “Janesis” at the Plot 7 lounge and Club in Osu.
Efya's album launch and autograph signing session was attended by several celebrities who were there to support the female vocalist.
The album “Janesis” features stars like Sarkodie, E.L, Ice Prince (Nigeria), and Bisa Kdei. Legendary Beats, and Kill Beatz were involved in the production of the album.
Efya spoke at the launch and this is what she said “I am excited finally we are launching my album Janesis which means I’ve just started. When you keep winning you tend to forget you don’t have an album.”
Ghanaian comedian DKB was MC for the night, just as expected he was very hilarious.

These movie stars are actresses Jackie Appiah and Kalsoume Sinare and Actor Majid Michel stepped out in style in their all white costume to one of their functions and glittered like a polished diamond and so heavenly.
These celebrities reportedly attended an all white party in Dubai and definitely caught all the attention. They were so adorable.

Everyone will womder if Ghanaian TV and radio presenter Amanda Jissih is also a taxi driver as part-time job.
This is due to pictures we have received which captures her in the driver’s seat and of course driving.
In accordance to the person who sent these pictures, he took these shots on Tuesday evening when he saw the Gh One TV presenter stuck in traffic at Golden Tulip Hotel in Accra.
Meanwhile, it was not clear where Amanda was coming from but she was heading towards Madina. The source added that he saw a man at the back seat of the car but could not figure out the person.
The eye witness said Amanda warned him to stop taking the pictures when she saw what he was doing but before then, he had captured some nice moments of her enjoying the driving.

Ghanaian boxer, Bukom Banku's picture showing his supposed bleached skin hit the internet and got everybody talking.
A lot people are of the view that it is a photo-shopped picture as that has become the norm now. Others are also questioning the rationale behind the boxer showcasing his skin when he knows that it is in bad shape.
Just as always comedian DKB who likes bringing out the funny side of every situation, took to his social media handles to make fan of the boxer asking him to identify the race of his legs as that is totally different from his upper body complexion.

Comfirmed:Wiyaala will perform at Queen Elizabeth's 90th birthday party.

Globally acclaimed Ghanaian singer,Wiyaala Will be performing at the 90th birthday celebration of Queen Elizabeth.
The British High Commission has also confirmed on its official twitter handle @UKinGhana that Wiyaala is to perform at the celebration of Queen Elizabeth's 90th birthday at The British High Commissioners residence in Accra on Thursday 21st April.
The British High Commissioner, Jon Benjamin who is known to be a big fan of the Upper West singer, also added on his twitter handle that Wiyaala will be singing both the Ghanaian and British national anthems as part of her performance with the Djimba World Band.
Queen Elizabeth is the world's oldest reigning monarch since being crowned Queen of England and the British Commonwealth in 1952.
In 1961, she visited Ghana despite the spate of bombing incidents in Accra protesting the rule of Kwame Nkrumah. Queen Elizabeth attended many staged events and did original walkabouts whilst meeting organised groups of women, children and people from all walks of life.
The Queen never expresses her opinion on politics in any public forum, but on religious issues has demonstrated support for inter-faith relations and is on record as saying "To many of us, our beliefs are of fundamental importance. For me the teachings of Christ and my own personal accountability before God provide a framework in which I try to lead my life. I, like so many of you, have drawn great comfort in difficult times from Christ's words and example."
The Ghanaian singer Wiyaala rose to recognition in 2012 when she took first place in the Vodafone Icons reality show alongside her group Black n Peach. She is now an established solo act famous for startling live performances and costuming of her own design, she will shortly embark on her first full European tour including a performance at the world famous WOMAD International Arts Festival in the UK.
Wiyaala also won many awards both locally and internationally including the VGMA best female vocalist of the year 2015.

Frankly speaking, she completely slayed it. Jackie was looking all fresh and so-so clean. Jackie Appiah is refusing to grow old,wow this lady got it all she is so gorgeous.
The actress Jackie Appiah Agyemang, has received several awards and nominations, including the awards for Best Actress in a Leading Role and Best Actress in a Supporting Role at the Africa Movie Academy Awards.

Quite controversial Ghanaian gospel musician, Obaapa Christy has defended her colleague Bro.Sammy about the controversies surrounding his recent car accident.
Obaapa C. told the public , 'Use your time wisely to make a good living and stop unnecessary criticisms' .
Obaapa Christy's comments were in reaction to some members of the public who are accusing colleague gospel musician Bro Sammy of concocting false stories about his involvement in an accident at Sefwi Asawinso in the Western Region recently.
The Public Relations and Welfare Officer of the Film Producers Association of Ghana (FIPAG), Michael Kwaku Ola, is alleged to have said that the accident was planned, and called on the Ghana Police Service to arrest Bro. Sammy.
He “There is no doubt he planned this poor drama with his manager Kofi. Very disgusting to say the least of a supposed pastor. Take a close look at his accident pictures, which nurse or doctor dresses wounds with blood stains on the plaster? Why, wasn’t the medical officer who attended to him well trained to first stop the bleeding before dressing [it]?” asked Mr. Ola.
“Look at his demeanour on the hospital bed. Liar! He suffered an accident, and there is not even an iota of trauma written on his face but a face of a poor actor? Check where he had sores in his cheek and arms, with blood-stained plasters, and compare with his album launch pictures. How did the dressing on his right arm, suddenly shift to the left arm?
And continued “Where is the sore on the cheek too? Suddenly vanished? And we call these kinds of fake actors and confident tricksters gospel musicians? He did all that to promote his album launch. A technique of lying left for others but for a so-called pastor? Very sad.
“Police should arrest this guy for deceiving Ghanaians, and Christians should ignore such attention seekers. I pray no Christian attends his album launch promoted on the premise of lies and fake accident.”
However,Obaapa Christy says "individuals nosing into other people’s private matters should cease" She said this in an interview with Andy Favoured on Accra FM’s Gospel 360 programme on Sunday 17th April 2016.
According to her, she was heartbroken when she heard news of the accident and advised critics to invest in building their lives instead of floating needless allegations.

Bro. Sammy pleads with movie producer to kill ‘fake’ accident story.

Ghanaian gospel musician Brother Sammy has been in the news for some time now for faking his accident, this allegation was made by the PRO of FIPAG, Michael Kwaku Ola.
The allegation by Ola angered the gospel musician. Bro Sammy on Nhyira FM Monday afternoon cursed the producer.
The PRO after the musician went haywire has spoken again. In a recent interview with Zionfelix.com on Monday evening, minutes after he was cursed, the movie producer stated that he is not troubled by the curse. According to him, Sammy should have behaved like a Christian instead of getting angry.
Ola further disclosed that manager of the artiste contacted him after his allegation to retract his comments but he refused.
In accordance to what Ola meant, he did not withdraw his statement because manager of the artiste refused to pay an amount he quoted.
However when the media contacted manager of Brother Sammy, Kofi Nkosuo, he confirmed contacting Ola to tell the world what he said was false but Ola did not ask him to pay an amount before doing so.

Sarkodie is the best rapper, hits back at Lord Kenya.

Ghana's best rapper and BET Award winner, Sarkodie has reacted to recent controversies about him challenging the fact that Sarkodie is Ghana's best rap artist.
The release of his hit song 'hand to mouth' in 2015 and his latest song 'Take it back' have spark up controversies among industry players.
Quite recently Lord Kenya has stated that Sarkodie is not the best rapper in Ghana.
Prior to this Sarkodie has posted what could be described as an apparent response to former hiplife artiste, Lord Kenya.
The secular artiste-turned-evangelist in a recent interview on Starr Chat labelled Sarkodie as a braggart. Lord Kenya asked Sarkodie to stop bragging because he is not the best rapper in Ghana.
According to Lord, before one could be referred to as the best, he should have been in the music scene for quite some time.
Lord K. said “You don’t become the best rapper in one year, it’s for decades. Before we say someone is the best, do you know how many years he has to work for it? To be honest, how many albums does he [Sarkodie] have? I’m asking them to stop bragging…he [Sarkodie] hasn’t arrived yet and has to take his time… Okyeame Kwame is the best because he knows what he is doing,”.
From the United States, Sarkodie posted a picture of himself on Facebook, thanking his fans and the media for helping in promoting his new single, Take It Back.

after the 2-2 draw game, The formal tv3 news anchor Nana Aba, who is currently with EIB Network's Live FM and GH One TV, took to Twitter to share her views on the match but used Pidgin English.
She tweeted"West Ham dey worry," Nana Aba Anamoah tweeted and immediately had response from Jon Benjamin, who is also one of the staunch West Ham United fans.
The British high commissioner, Jon quoted her tweet saying, "No @thenanaaba the only thing we're worried about is the spelling, syntax and grammar in some of your tweets!"

Ghana's rap doctor Kwame Nsiah Apau,popularly known by his stage name Okyeame Kwame turns 40 today.The Ghanaian rap Doctor as most people call him for more than a decade has been in the music industry with countless hit tunes.
The song writer, creative director and entrepreneur in 1997 achieved notoriety as a member of the “Akyeame” hiplife duo, together with fellow Ghanaian Daniel Kofi Amoateng under the stage name Okyeame Kofi.
For declaring himself B.R.A (Best Rapper Alive) in a song he recorded after winning Ghana Music Awards Artist of the Year award in 2009, Okyeame Kwame sparked a conflict with fellow Ghanaian rapper Obrafour, who saw himself more deserving.
The situation resulted in one of the memorable feuds the Ghanaian music scene has seen, with Obrafour challenging Okyeame Kwame to a rap battle on the streets which was never honored. In 2011, after Obrafour had apologized for his actions Okyeame Kwame explained he declined Obrafour’s challenge because there was no need for it at the time, as winning Artist of the Year was vindicative enough.
Okyeame Kwame released his first solo album “Boshe Ba” in 2004, just after the breakup of the Akyeame band. He followed in 2008 with “Manwesem” and in 2011 with “The Clinic”, launched at the Aphrodisiac Night Club in Accra.In 2012 he launched “The Versatile Show”.

Information disclosed by the Public Relations and Welfare Officer of Film Producers Association of Ghana (FIPAG) Mr. Michael Kwaku Ola has called on the Ghana Police Service to immediately arrest gospel musician Brother Sammy for faking his recent fatal accident in the media.
In accordance to what the PRO said, Brother Sammy faked his accident to create awareness about his yet to be launch music album.

Not long ago people of Ghana rose up to the news of the gospel musician brother Sammy, being involved in an accident. Many were those who were quick to referred to some prophecies concerning celebrities this year and other running around for update.
To some of us, we wanted to wait till the dust settled and know the truth about this accident because the pictures circulated around was a bit questionable.
It has come as no surprise that few days after his staged accident, the fake Pastor Sammy is sensing posters of his aseda album launch. What is this trickster thanking God for? For helping him deceived Ghanaians or for exposing his lies to us.

On Saturday, April 16, 2016, was no different as the finest Ghanaian comedian Derrick Kobina Boney popularly known as DKB took on Bishop Obinim at the Pure Comedy 3 event held in Kumasi.
Despite the several warnings by the Bishop to attack personalities who took him on will not deter the comedian who has been described by many as the best in Ghana currently.
DKB found it interesting the Bishop would want to turn in animals than anything else. And also advised the Bishop of places he can turn into those animals, he said this jokingly to cause humour. Thanks

Jim Iyke ,Dumelo failed Beasts of No Nation audition~Kobina Amissah-Sam

 
Chris style blog's photo.Ghanaian actor Kobina Amissah-Sam who played the role of Agu’s father in the ever popular Beasts of No Nation movie has disclosed that he had the chance to be one of the casts of Beasts of No Nation because of his hair cut.
According to the actor, the likes of John Dumelo, Jim Ike among other great actors auditioned for various roles but were not selected but he got selected.
In an interview when asked by Hitz Fm’s MzGee what could possibly be that one thing that did the magic for him and got him a role in the ever popular movie, Beasts of No Nation.
He said when he went for the acting audition with his friend and they were called into the auditioning room, one of the casting director said yes, he has the African look, and he thinks he would be the best person to play the role of Agu’s father, so he’s sure his haircut played a major role in he getting the nod to be part of the cast because the likes of John Dumelo, Jim Ike among others also auditioned.
When questioned.whether he’s not jealous of Abraham Attah getting all those endorsement, and even winning more awards, presenting award at the Oscar’s stage and more.
He said, “I’m a human, sometimes I get jealous as to why some of us are not being recognized, but that’s life. I think this is his time and we just have to support him.”
“But when I get a call today-today to come to the States for interviews, I will hurriedly go”. He jokingly added.
Kobina Sam played the role of Agu (Abraham Attah’s) father and was Ama K Abebrese’s husband in the Beasts of No Nation movie.
