THEME: HUMILITY, AN INDISPENSABLE CHRISTIAN VIRTUE.

On this Sunday, the church calls our attention to a very important Christian virtue, HUMILITY. It is an attribute and quality of God which all his children must strive to possess and live.
The first reading(Sir. 3:17-18,20) is a candid advice from the preacher. He gives us the key to a successful fellowship with God, and of course, with one another. He advises us: "Behave humbly and you will find favor with the Lord." This is absolutely right. Humility was a distinctive mark of the life and ministry of Jesus Christ our Lord. So, it must also be for us as Christians. The preacher also reminds us that pride is a malady. However, the good news is that, it can be cured through the imitation of Christ's humility.
The second reading(Hen.12:18-19,22-24a)
reminds us that our destination is Mount Zion, the heavenly Jerusalem, and the city of the living God. In this city, only the humble like the Angles and saints can dwell there. Certainly, the proud cannot because, a proud heart cannot worship the Lord. Furthermore, in this city " everyone is a first born and a true citizen." Hence, as citizens of this city we must cloth ourselves with humility just just like our Mediator.

Image result for catholic The gospel( Luke. 14:1,7-14) takes us to the climax of today's good news. Christ exhorts us: "...Everyone who exalts him himself will be humbled, and the man who humbles himself will be exalted." Jesus teaches the importance of humility and simplicity in our Christian journey. In this regard, we have a lot to learn from the Blessed Virgin Mary who humbled herself. Her humility was so remarkable that God exalted her to be the Mother of His son.
Mary attested to this through her magnificent: "My soul glorifies the lord ... for He has been mindful of the humble state of His servant...He has brought down rulers from their thrones and has lifted up the humble " ( Lk. 1, 47. 59). Therefore, there is no reason to wonder why Christ was humble. He had humble parents and learnt humility from them.
There is nothing to lose by being humble. Proverbs tells us that: "Humility and the fear of the lord brings wealth, honor, and life" ( Prov. 22, 4). On the contrary, pride results in defeat and shame. Any spiritual life that is not based on humility will definitely be an empty one.
Finally, the church teaches us that: "Humility is the foundation of prayer." Only a humble heart can come to God in prayer. A humble person is always ready to ask for guidance from God and others.
May the peace of the Christ be with you all. Amen

In UK at the Afrobeats Music Festival, Sarkodie pulled a big surprise on R2Bees.

One of Africa's most successful musicians, Sarkodie pulled a huge surprise on Tema based Afrobeats duo, R2Bees. It's very amazing to know that, the huge love between Tema artists dominates no matter where they find themselves.
Though this is not the first time that Sarkodie pulled such a surprise, it took R2Bees and the many fans who thronged The Indigo at the O2 for the Afrobeats Music Fesitival by surprise. The event which was headlined by R2Bees took place on Saturday 30th July,2016.

R2Bees performed alongside UK based Ghanaian group The Composerz, fans were wowed when Sarkodie joined the group to perform a number of songs on the night. Meanwhile, Sarkodie has been in the UK shooting music videos and working on other music related projects, for some time now.
The 'hand to mouth' hitmaker,Sarkodie exceptionally performed on the night and left the rest of the show as expected for the headliners R2Bees.

Sarkodie did the same thing during Shatta Wale’s album launch in Ghana as he pulled a huge surprise on him as he joined him to perform some of his hit songs including M3gye Wo Girl.
The musical group, R2Bees is made up of a rapper and a lead singer Omar Sterling(Paedae) and Mugeez respectively.

Mzbel describes supreme court judgement as 'using a claw hammer to kill 3 harmless ants'.

Outspoken Ghanaian female musician,Mzbel has publicly given her take on the recent supreme court case in which the accused were jailed for four months.
The three Montie  FM panelists were sentenced for threatening the lives of Supreme Court justices, in a radio discussion.

It seems the supreme court judgement did not down well with Mzbel, because she believes the verdict was too harsh, saying that the judges overreacted for sentencing the three – describing the decision as ‘using a hammer to kill three harmless ants'. Her statement isn't much of a surprise because she(Mzbel) is known for giving her take on topical issues such as this one.

You you can read the unedited version of her post below or better still click on the link beneath it:
A young man who could drive 150km/h without bursting a tire, loaded his gun, youngman walked to the castle to get information about the President's movement on Sundays. He got all the needed information then moved straight to the church where the President worships to finish him.
He was arrested with the loaded gun on him.The general outcry even from ardent critics of the President was the excuse that the young man was mentally sick was unacceptable that he must be jailed immediately. The President for days didn't say a work till lion approached him to get his position.
I was rendered stupid after his response. His absolute trust in God was perfectly exhibited before m e,his forgiving heart landed on my feet and confidence in the very system he presides over matured displayed.
He said emphatically that his existence on this surface earth depends on Go d, after all the young man was his brother-in-law then chuckled so if he want orphans in his ho me,he should execute his mission. He said that humorously because of the BA connection.

Days after he stated his position ope n l y, forgiving the guy and went on further to advise the operatives to ensure he receives the needed medical attention if necessary.Unknown to the public the President privately visited this youngman who wanted to finish him to see how he was responding to treatment. Many facts came up later but matured as the President and wife a r e,they managed that with dexterity.
The President was described as an armed robber by a presenter the NMC only enjoyed stories from the young man without stating his gross misconduct emphatically. We heard Gabby describe our noble judges as a bunch of timid persons. We have three arms of Government with the executive per our arrangement, being the head so why the mischievous ebbs and flow.
I don't want to touch seriously on the issue for, now, but I can tell this judges clearly here that the punishment inflicted on the young men and the owners of the media house will rather cause serious injury to the judiciary especially the apex court, it will heighten tension and will rather harden miscreants who may have calmed down because of the general atmosphere. The situation at the time the three judges cannot in any way be compared to this vastly improved system with our human right record surging up.We now have a well constituted political structure with effective institutions operating without suppress ion,the authority of the Supreme Court remains intact so why taking our minds back psychologically.
I have serious issues with what our friends said but haven't we used a strong hammer to kill three harmless ants?
And to my friends in the media who are using vague legal technicalities to support the decision , please be carefu l,be very careful.I hold my bible to my chest reading from Psalm 35 and beloved you will one day cry blood over same treatment meted out to these guys.
Attempts to gag journalists from opposition stable is crystal clear, they using insults, intimidation, machinations and conditioning to cow most you into submission. Never misinterpret the calmness the NDC is exhibiting, the system itself will soon react to these painful development engulfing the political space.

The Ghanaian media are rather destroying us...- Stonebwoy

BET award winning afro-dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy has reacted to claims that he was sacked from stage by Nigerian rock star, Wizkid at the One Africa Music Fest,New York, last Friday.
He expressed great displeasure on the latest media report which went viral on social media, describing it as a craze by the media.
And instead of the Ghanaian media supporting their own especially the hardworking ones to reach higher heights, they rather devote their time doing what will bring them down.

It was published in the media that Stonebwoy was sacked from stage to pave way for Wizkid to perform.
Swiftly, Stonebwoy came out to debunk the media publication.
The CEO and founder of Bhim nation spoke on Entertainment Review on Hitz FM and he described the publication as unfounded.
Explaining that, Wizkid is a friend of theirs and there is no way he could sack him as was claimed in the story.

He bitterly described some Ghanaians as being fond of writing defaming stories about fellow relentlessly working Ghanaians.
He also stated that the malicious story came as a surprise to him, because he was the one who posted the said video on social media.
In the same interview he said “Nigerians always support their own but we spend time destroying each other,”.

The 'Bhim Nation' hitmaker Stonebwoy who is currently in USA says he will be coming home soon to celebrate the one year anniversary of his mother’s demise and afterwards embark on a three city tour in Australia before he returns for a big music concert in Tamale at the end of August.
Meanwhile, Stonebwoy said he would not let such bad publications to hurt him but rather he will concentrate on the good works he is doing because he's determined to go higher.

Kaakie says MzVee was the acting dancehall queen but she(MzVee) is not even a dancehall artist.

The dancehall queen who went on a music hiatus, Kaakie after releasing her comeback song 'sankwass' which got social buzzing has made some clarifications.
'We de chew weed' a phrase in the song which was one of the causes of the brouhaha, she explained that it is a  metaphor. She also described her colleagues as the 'Sankwasses' in the music industry, MzVee being the first name mentioned.

In an on-phone interview on Gh One tv's RhythmzLive, Kaakie made some clarifications: ''when I was on the music break, some people tried to take my place and some were also saying that I have ran away''
When asked to state some of those beneficiaries of her break, she mentioned MzVee, AK Songstress amongst others.
"MzVee was the acting dancehall queen when I wasn't around, but MzVee is not even a dancehall artist" adding to her earlier claims.

The host of Rhythmz Live, Berla Mundi asked her why she's saying MzVee is not a dancehall musician " when you are sing 'patoa' on a high-life beat doesn't make you a dancehall act, MzVee don't even sing in 'patoa' what she does is pidgin" giving an explanation.
That all the gist for now but what do you think about Kaakie' claims, do you think she's trying to step on MzVee to comeback into the music industry? Well, I leave it to you to do the judgment.

Joselyn Dumas unleashes her anger on Kempinski hotel for denying she and KOD and entry.

It is very disheartening not to be given the kind of treatment you deserve, but it's worse when it happens to a celebrity. Popular Ghanaian actress, Joselyn Dumas was a victim of such an occurrence according to our sources. And out of frustration, she took to her Twitter handle to express her displeasure with the unspecified hotel on Friday. Though disgruntled Joselyn Dumas mentioned Movenpick Hotel in her tweets mistakenly, she was actually referring to the plush Kempinski Gold Coast hotel where she and her friends were rudely turned away from eating at the executive lounge/restaurant on the 6th floor of located in Accra.

Ace broadcaster ,Kofi Okyere Darko(KOD)  was one of her friends who decided to go for a quick grub at the restaurant only for them to to be denied entry into the elevator unless they show their ID card or membership card to the security.
It seems as if for being a celebrity there are no perks for you anymore because the security stated that he knew who Joselyn and KOD were, but he still insisted on seeing a form of identification before he would let them in. And directed them to go and register at the reception first before they would be allowed to enter.
This affirms my earlier submission that it's very disheartening because a brand like Kempinski who is known globally for hosting and pampering celebrities, it was quite a shame that two of Ghana’s most known faces were driven away from their restaurant.

Following reports from our sources, Jackie Appiah and her manager, Samira who were meant to have dinner with Joselyn Dumas and KOD but luckily for them they were allowed to enter.
However, it is not the first time that a known person was turned away from Kempinski in Accra. It happened to Wanlov once as he was driven away from the hotel for not wearing shoes – his signature look!. But in the case of  Joselyn and friends she was properly dressed, because she had just come from a funeral. So what might have triggered this to happen to them, is it that Ghanaian celebrities are gradually losing their due respect or its only the fault of Kempinski.
Read her tweets below in the second picture:

Currently, he is on set shooting spiderman: Homecoming but it is not confirmed that the photo was taken on that set.

Abraham Atta's 'six park' photo has already accumulated about 10,000 likes, 157 shares and 210 comments after publication and still counting.

And since then he has won countless awards, amongst those awards are some very enviable international awards which gave him the exposure he needed to be recognized in Hollywood.

LISTEN UP: Kaakie releases comeback song Sankwass featuring Guru.

Ghana's dancehall queen diva, Kaakie has released  a fresh tune as a comeback featuring rapper Guru of NKZ.
The too much hitmaker's latest release is entitled Sankwass, with this record she is announcing her comeback from her long musical break .
The message in the new song informs all her belittlers(detractors)  that she chews weed. Though I think it's a figure of speech, she's trying to show that she is much more harder than what they think, because it takes a strong hearted woman to chew weed.

Confession: I slept with my sister - Bukom Banku in church on sunday.

This Ghanaian boxers will give you a hard time if you dare cross his path, Bukum Banku has made some shocking revelations after claiming to be 'born again'.
According to an eye witness the boxer confessed his “sins’ in public after his supposed  “born again” claims.
The maverick boxer born Braimah Kamoko who has been in the news as long as his boxing career spans for all the wrong reasons, left onlookers stunned as he stormed the popular Bukom Square in Accra around 10.30pm Sunday night to confess series of “sins” he has committed including the most shocking one that's sleeping with his sister.
Bukum Banku for fighting in public and beating up people who “offend” him in the public broadcast, gained notoriety as you may like to put it. But now, he has vowed not to attack anybody again as he considers those acts as sin and his now 'born again'.

The 36 years old boxer has transcended his name from the corridors of the noble art of boxing into music, comedy and politics.
He said he wanted to become a white man in order to earn him an ambassadorial position to Germany after he was caught up in a bleaching scandal when he openly admiting to the act.
His current status as a 'born again' might have been the cause of him  publicly renouncing bleaching and deciding to stop bleaching, that's if there's an iota of truth in his alleged confession.

New release: Sarkodie features Edem in MMMP his latest single which tackles 'more problems'.

After releasing groundbreaking diss track Kanta, finest Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie teams up with VRMG front-man Edem in his new track entitled More Money More Problems(MMMP).
The New release is song that borrows it’s title from Christopher Wallace’s 1997 single with the same name which is also an hip-hop tune. It tackles subjects that are not either rapper: the curse of poverty, and the impediments that accompany wealth. The rapidly growing pile of songs since Sarkodie's public lyrical feud with rapper M.anifest has a new addition and that's this song.

Sarkodie born Michael Owusu Addo was very recently in the news for his song Bossy (feat. Jayso), which was widely fingered to be a dig at rappers EL and M.anifest, and then Kanta, a supposed retaliation to M.anifest’s controversial god MC. But we are yet to prove whether it's another diss track directed at M.anifest or its just Sarkodie doing his thing.

Apart from being a wife beater, Funny Face was also caught 'cheating' on ex-wife on matrimonial bed.

It seems as if  the divorce saga of popular comedian Funny Face is not ending anytime soon. Investigations by the media proves that the story has an unending twist and turn of mucky details. The comedian was indeed the person at fault in his failed marriage, according to a recent media report.
Following the reports from GhanaCelebrities.com states that “wife of Funny Face-Elizabeth Adjoa Ntim once came home to catch Funny Face with another woman in their matrimonial bed—and this is aside the many times she has caught him dealing with other women in suspicious ways.”
This new report, however, comes to counter The popular assumption that Funny Face’s ex-wife used to cheat on him is being countered by the New media report.
Also, a visibly distraught Funny Face had earlier released a video on social media, suggesting that he would not come out to “taint” the name of his ex-wife despite their falling-out.
Meanwhile, another report by Rainbow Radio also reveals that Funny Face turned his wife into a punching bag and beat the hell out of her many times during the time they were still married.

Our trusted source, Rainbow Radio stated: “Our source also claims that the comedian has been beating the lady on several occasions of which the family has settled matters,”
They added that, “It is also emerging that, Funny Face has been cheating and has a child with another lady in the UK out after his marriage with the ‘divorced wife’.
The lady according to information gathered has several proofs of the actor’s infidelity and has on several occasions assaulted the wife in front of the alleged girlfriend..”
Coincidentally the ex- wife was spotted still wearing her wedding ring. Funny Face had not yet performed any proper “divorce rites” yet and thus he's still “married” to his ex-wife according to reports by the same Rainbow Radio.
Following this divorce saga , I'm literally very expectant because I think there's more to it than what we are being told. Meanwhile, you can let know thoughts on this developing issue. Thank you.

Remember, happiness is a journey not a destination! Be happy and thankful for today. Good morning.”

Funny Face makes shocking revelations concerning his broken marriage.

In an emotive interview with Gena West on Metro TV, popular Ghanaian comedian and actor  Funny Face made some startling revelations in a bid to address issues concerning his divorce to Elizabeth Nana Adjoa Ntim, which took place seven months ago according to him.
The Chorkor trotro tv series fame gave the strongest hint yet at explanation the reasons why he left his now ex-wife Elizabeth Nana Adjoa Ntim.
It was widely speculated that the divorce was as a result of infidelity on Elizabeth’s part, when the news of his failed marriage surfaced.

Highly disappointed Funny Face stated: “When someone gives their love, trust, loyalty and you accept to be committed but later throw all their sacrifices to the dogs and cheat on them, you are no different from a witch or a wizard…It takes a huge amount of sorcery and witchcraft to cheat, cheating on your partner is equal to murder.”

Not too long ago news started making rounds concerning Funny Face filing for divorce . He later confirmed it when he took to Instagram to confirm the news, stating that “it just didn’t work”.
Benson Ohene Oduro Boateng(Funny Face ), tied the knot with Elizabeth Nana Adjoa Ntim in a private event back in November 2014, and their union lasted for less than two years. It seems they couldn't keep their vows as a married couple.

Dr.Boateng Emelia Brobbey's baby daddy got exposed again.

Award winning kumasi based actress, Emelia Brobbey might be broken hearted because of current relationship status with her baby daddy.
Her baby daddy has now entangled himself among three different ladies, so perhaps she must be pleased right now because she is no longer with him.
The relationship or marriage of Emelia with Dr. Boateng  the father of her child, has been in the news for some time now for various reasons but it seems the real story had not yet been told. Speculations and unsubstantiated allegations was what it has always been but both Emelia and Dr. Boateng have been tight-lipped even to point that when they were no more together truth remained untold.
But currently investigations of Nkonkonsa.com has uncovered some shocking information about the Kumawood actress and what really happened between her and her infamous rich doctor, Dr. Kofi Adu Boateng, founder of End Point Homeopathy Clinic.
Following reports from a reliable source, Dr. was legally married to Maame Aba, who happens to be his first wife, for over seven years now even before he met Emelia Brobbey.
It was alleged that his original wife Maame Aba, had picked him from his father’s clinic at Kasoa (Last Hope herbal clinic ) and financed him to establish his own clinic End Point Homeopathy Clinic with money and properties she inherited from her late parents’ wealth but unfortunately for them they have no child, so Emelia Brobbey came into the picture when the money started coming from the clinic she helped him to establish.
Emelia Brobbey was happily married when she brought her sick mother to Dr. Boateng’s clinic and that's where they met and he started dating her till he impregnated her(Emelia) and she went ahead to divorce her husband to be with Dr. Boateng and they had one son (Randy Boateng) together.
According Nkonkonsa.com sources, Dr. Boateng had another child with Emelia almost 2 years ago but they lost the child at birth and it was a baby girl. So Dr. Boateng bought Emelia Brobbey a Range Rover , he rented an apartment for Emelia and rented a shop for her at Pillar 2 junction(Dome) and rebranded Emelia’s father’s hotel and renamed it The End Hotel in Kumasi and he was also the initial financier of Emelia’s End Time Movie Productions all perhaps in a bid to make her happy after she lost her baby girl but it turns out it was just a nice way of saying goodbye to the beautiful actress.
After Emelia lost the 2nd child, he jilted her to marry a third women called “Naa Korkor” who he has a year old baby boy with secretly without his wife’s knowledge and without the knowledge of Emelia or his family. The name of the child he had with the third lady Korkor is Usher Boateng.
Dr. Boateng went ahead to marry Korkor secretly without the knowledge of any of his family members, but their engagement photos ended up in the media a few weeks ago, first published by Ghanacelebrities.com. This has left Emelia brokenhearted, and his first wife who has not been able to give him a child is virtual ‘dying’ in painful silence.

He now doesn’t give his first wife Maame Aba, who allegedly picked him from grass to grace attention anymore and she can’t complain because she still loves him and moreover, she has not been able to give him a child. Currently, his first wife virtually begs him before he gives her money when she needs it.
Nkonkonsa.com is also reliably informed that even the building in which Dr. Boateng currently runs the End Point school belongs to his first wife’s late mother.
“His first wife has helped our family so much, and because we don’t support what he’s doing to his wife, he now doesn’t even come home anymore and doesn’t even talk to his family member,” a source told Nkonkonsa.com.
Interestingly, Dr. Boateng and Emelia Brobbey were never formerly married, they only had kids together, but he is legally wedded to his first wife Maame Aba so he couldn’t possibly marry legally anymore, yet he is now marriage to Korkor whiles he has still not legally divorced Maame Aba.
The reliable source also tells Nkonkonsa.com that when he started having problems with Emelia over his involvement with Korkor, Emelia has gone ahead to change the name of her father’s rebranded hotel from End Hotel to Chamber Inn Hotel.
Dr. Boateng has now rented a house at Spintex Road for his new wife Korkor and has bought her a new BMW saloon car.
Nkonkonsa.com‘s checks revealed that Korkor used to work at Franko Phones as a sales girl before Dr. Boateng met her and he has made her rich and sponsoring her schooling at GIMPA, and whenever he travels, he takes her with him leaving his wife at home feeling sad and lonely.

Anita Erskine tells her story(real life experience) as a broadcast journalist.

Ghana's queen of television and  radio personality, the BossLady Anita Erskine uncovers her real life experience aspiring to be who she is today. And still growing bigger and better, she shared that the higher she goes, the more stairs she has to claim.
The Starr 103.5FM entertainment talk show, Starr Drive  co-host over the years has demonstrated in-depth prowess and daring flair making her the most sought-after female presenter.
The radio cum TV personality with her 19years experiences started as Production Assistant (Internship) with Metro TV.

Anita posted on her facebook page advising young female presenters to soar higher with humility.
She wrote: “See this building? It’s called Pyramid House. Exactly 19 years ago today July 8 1997 I walked here from Airport Residential Area. I could have come here by car, but I left home to grab a taxi to Circle. As I left home, I was rehearsing what I would say in the interview. I had an internship interview as a production assistant at Metro TV. I was 17 years old. I ended up walking all the way because I was so caught up in my thoughts and rehearsing my lines. I remember what I was going to say. It was ‘Hello good afternoon. I’m Anita Erskine and I aspire to lead the Broadcasting Industry’. The person I met that day and indeed did deliver these lines to, chuckled a little bit. I never asked why. But I was given the Internship and that’s the only thing I needed. I had decided what I would do with it. That internship opened my eyes and ears and gave me opportunities in television. Today, Pyramid House is in plain sight from where I sit everyday when I’m on the Starr Drive on Starr FM. When I come in to the studio, the first thing I do is go to the window. This is where I pray. I ask God to help me to maintain my humility always and never fear to fight for what I believe in. I ask Him to give me just enough fire to keep my dreams burning in my heart! It’s gets tougher as I climb higher and dream bigger. Ironically, Pyramid House didn’t have an elevator so I had to walk up a flight of stairs everyday! Meridian House doesn’t have an elevator either! I have to climb up a flight of stairs here too! What does it mean? I’ve still got stairs and ladders to climb. The higher I go, the more stairs I have to climb. And that’s so ok! You have a Dream? Chase it. And when you feel you’re slipping because you’re tired, tell yourself to keep fighting. Why? Because the ?#?BossLady says so! M.anifest is nowhere near Sarkodie, his 'godMC' doesn't makes sense– Bulldog

In a recent interview on Happy FM's Showbiz Xtra Mr. Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson popularly known as Bulldog claimed M.anifest’s #godMC doesn’t make sense, making a statement on the latest rap beef between Best rapper Sarkodie and M.anfest.

The Creative Director of Bullhaus Entertainment in the interview on Happy FM told the host,Dr. Cann;
“You see talent; people get it wrong all the time. You can never measure talent. So commercially, M,anifest is nowhere near Sarkodie. That’s not even an argument. M.anifest is going to Geneva to play but it’s not his own show like people want to say. I don’t even know why M.anifest made the god MC for Sark because if you listen to Bossy he was big-ing him up. M,anifest just want hype from Sarkodie because Sark has more fans.
He added "Rap is now mathematics. Boys have to calculate before they rap. If M.anifest is not afraid, he should mention Sarkodie in his song and if Sarkodie is not afraid, he should mention M.anifest’s name. You see the Bossy song; it’s not even about M.anifest. But I don’t know why people want to make it about EL but assuming it is about him, where’s M.anifest in this. The last line was throwing respect to M.anifest saying; ‘Please can I borrow your dot to end this verse’. So why do you then come back at him. It doesn’t even make sense.”
Bullbog has disclosed his thoughts on the issue, and in my candid opinion I think he has a say in this because he is part of the music industry.

M.aniSark rap beef: John Dumelo choses Sarkodie over M.anfest, and says Sark is his favourite.

Following the recent beef (rap diss) between best rapper Sarkodie and M.anifest, popular actor John Dumelo has tipped the BET award-winning rapper Sarkodie as the best in Ghana.
The entrepreneur's take is that, Sarkodie’s style easily courts international interest although most of his songs are in the local language.
Currently there is a ranging beef between the hiphop act and fellow musician M.anifest over who is the better after the duo engaged in war of words over song composition, which went viral on social and mainstream media a few days ago.
Jonh Dumelo touching on the controversial issue, said he is enjoying the beef, and thinks it is good for the Ghanaian music industry.
He said “It’s rare to find someone [Sarkodie] rapping in the local language and going international,” to Bola Ray on Starr Chat. However, he added: “It will be hard to take sides. Beef is needed.”
BIO.
Dumelo is the first Ghanaian citizen to hit one million likes on Facebook. He is a famous actor and entrepreneur.
He had his secondary education at Achimota School and further studied at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where he studied Civil Engineering.
He was nominated for categories Most Promising Actor and Best Actor in a Supporting Role at the 6th and 7th Africa Movie Academy Awards respectively.

Sarkodie and M.anifest bromance (rap beef): Real or publicity stunt?

It is no secret to the people in the Ghanaian music industry, that the bond between Sarkodie, Manifest and Jay So is very undeniable.
The top listed three have found themselves together in studios on countless occasions therefore it comes as a surprise with the sudden beef between them.
My information sources have confirmed that it all started at the 2016 VGMA after Sarkodie won Best Rapper and EL the artiste of the year didn't think Sark deserved to win, El said this in a radio interview with Bola Ray.
Therefore, allegedly Sarkodie released ‘Bossy’ song and it was directed at El.
But Jay So who was featured in the track confirmed that ‘Bossy’ was produced in April whiles VGMA happened in May, so we are yet to relate the possibility of Bossy being a ‘diss’ song to EL.
Quite recently Manifest released ‘god MC’ which immediately received much attention as most perceived it was directed at Sarkodie for calling himself a King in Ghanaian rap.
Sarkodie's fans sparked up as a result and took to social media to support their king who also replied with ground breaking ‘Kanta’ track which was obviously directed at Manifest and mocking him for wearing weird style of local GTP.
Then, social Media once more took to judge both tracks with lots of mockery on the use of ‘Pro bono’ wrongly by Sarkodie and criticizing him mocking local fabrics brand GTP.
However, Sarkodie’s lawyer have apologised on his behalf for mentioning the brand GTP.
Meanwhile, Gemini and Jayso who produced ‘Bossy’ have also released new songs addressing the ongoing ‘beef’ between Manifest and Sarkodie.
As Gemini called for a cease-fire, Jay So on the other hand added more salt to the injury by taking Sarkodie’s side and calling Manifest jealous of Sarkodie and using him to trend on social media.
Jay So stated in the song:
“I played ‘Bossy’ for your man way back in April
You told me it was hot way back in April
So why the diss track? I can say that you’re hateful
You took shot to that track that had me and him
And you supposed to be a friend
I mean it’s just rap but it’s bogus of you to pretend
I feel like you betrayed our friendship so you could trend
I hope you know how this will end?”
The track left many confused about the real intention behind the beef as the three are quiet close and it doesn’t make sense that Manifest will release ‘godMC’ for Sarkodie if ‘Bossy track’ wasn’t even directed at him.
I think the two answers to these doubts are, its either a planned publicity for all three artistes or an actual beef based on Manifest betrayal to their friendship.
Also maybe M.anifest did it in other to promote his up coming album and tours, because Sarkodie has the largest fan base in Ghana.

Black Coffee wins the 2016 BET Award but MzVee lost out.

MzVee
Talented Ghanaian dancehall artiste,MzVee unfortunately did not win the 2016 BET award for her nomination in ‘Best International Act : Africa’ award. This year's Black Entertainment Television (BET) Awards African category was won by South African's DJ Black Coffee.
It came as a surprise as Mzvee was the only Ghanaian to be nominated for the History 2016 BET awards but she lost it to Dj Black Coffee.
Other competitors who were in that category are South Africans AKA and Cassper Nyovest, Nigerians Wizkid and Yemi Alade, Tanzanian Diamond Platinumz and Ivorian Serge Beynaud. The BET awards nomination is Mzvee's second nomination at the awards scheme after she was nominated in the ‘Best New International Artist Viewers’ Choice Award’ category last year 2015.
In Ghana's history, the ‘Natural Girl’ hitmaker is the first female Ghanaian artiste to be nominated in the BET awards after Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Kojo Antwi, R2Bees and D Black.

Yvonne Nelson kisses Jason of Gh one tv at Heels and Sneakers premiere, seeking for attention or what?

Yvonne Nelson& Jason kissing
Celebrated Ghanaian actress come film producer, Yvonne Nelson did the unimaginable at the premiere of her new TV series, Heels and Sneakers which premiered on Friday, June 24 evening at the Silverbird Cinemas.
The popular actress kissed a colleage. Perhaps the act they put up in the movie was not enough so they decided to continue it at the Silverbird cinema not the whole world to see. But really I have not captured any actor kissing a colleague at a movie premiere but she did that last night at the event.
After the movie had ended, Yvonne and her casts walked out of the auditorium to have some interaction with the crowd and also take photos. During that moment, Yvonne and radio/TV presenter Jason El-Agha in an interview for one of the TV stations kissed for the camera to be show on TV. Zionfelix.net captured that because we didn’t want you to miss anything on the night.
Well, that did not end there. They also had the second and a third kiss after all the casts had taken a group picture. And again, Zionfelix.net had those moments on our cameras. The kiss from the two on the night of the premiere had applause from the fans who trooped to the Silverbird Cinema to watch the series. Clearly, the cheers from the fans showed that they loved what the two did.

In the series Heels and Sneakers, Yvonne Nelson who played the role of a lecturer was wooed by Jason who was her student. They kissed several times and went to bed as well after she fell in love for the young looking handsome guy, Jason.
So now I guess you know where the kissing started and why it was very easy for Yvonne and Jason to give three shots of kiss on the night.
Enjoy their kissing moments.
